Clear Cache

A collection of temporary Internet files (a cache) is stored by your browser as you visit websites to speed page load times, but it can cause issues when the files become out of date. If you close your browser without logging out or use more than one account on the same browser, conflicting sign-in information (cookies) may be stored in the browser.

Deleting the cache and cookies that have been stored by your browser commonly corrects these problems. Please complete the instructions below for the browser you are using.

  1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  2. Click on History in the menu or press Ctrl+H.
  3. Click the three lines in the top left corner.
  4. Click button Clear browsing data.
  5. Select from the Time range dropdown All Time
  6. Check the following boxes: Browsing History, Cookies and Other Site Data, Cached Images and files.
  7. Click on Clear data on the bottom. 

Usually a "force refresh" is enough. You can achieve this by pressing the following key combination: 
Shift + F5

  1. Click on the three lines in the top right corner.
  2. Click on History in the submenu.
  3. Click on Clear recent history.
  4. Select from the Time range dropdown Everything
  5. Select chosen information to clear
  6. Click on OK.

Usually a "force refresh" is enough. You can achieve this by pressing the following key combination: Shift + F5

  1. Select the first item Safari in the main menu and from the drop-down the item Preferences.
  2. A popup opens. Click on the tab Privacy
  3. Click the option Manage website data.
  4. Click Remove all.
  5. Click Remove now.
  6. Reload the site.

Usally a "force refresh" is enough. You can achieve this by pressing the following key combination: 
On PC: Shift+ F5
On Apple MAC: CMD + R

  1. Use the following steps to clear your browser history and Cache in Microsoft Edge:
  2. Click the three dots in the top right.
  3. Click the History icon.
  4. Click the three dots in the history tab.
  5. Click the link labeled Clear browsing data.
  6. Select from the Time range dropdown All Time
  7. Select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
  8. Click the Clear now button.

  2. Click on settings in the menu.
  3. Click on Privacy and security in the menu.
  4. Click on Clear browsing data.
  5. Select cached images and files from the list.
  6. Click on Clear data on the bottom. Your browser cache is now empty.

  3. Click on Delete browsing data
  4. Click Delete browsing data
  1. From your home screen; go to the Settings app.
  2. Type Safari into the search bar.
  3. Scroll down and click Clear History and Website Data
  4. Click Clear History and Data
