USI offers a wide variety of fitness and recreation courses open to the larger USI community. New dates, times and courses are added throughout the year.
***A USI alumni may use an alumni discount when enrolling themselves in a Lifelong Learning course, though some exceptions apply. However, the alumni discount is not transferable to spouses or dependents.
