Looking for more independence and space while staying on campus? USI offers apartment-style housing for mostly sophomore through graduate students (with limited options for incoming freshmen).

USI has four apartment communities located on campus:
O’Daniel South buildings:
Bigger, Wallace, Noble, Ray, Hendricks South, Boon, Jennings, Whitcomb, Dunning, Wright
O’Daniel North buildings:
Schricker, Branigin, Townsend, McNutt, Leslie, Welsh, Gates, Craig, Bowen, Orr, Bayh
McDonald West buildings:
Branch, Durbin, Goodrich, Hanly, Jackson, Marshall, McCray, Ralston, Saletta
McDonald East buildings:
Matthews, Chase, Mount, Hovey (Greek Life)
Hammond, Willard (Independent Living 22+ older)
