Fix My Home (Maintenance Requests)

If you need maintenance that you cannot fix using self-help options, please submit a work order online.

Entering Your Space

  • You may ask maintenance staff to show a photo ID before entering your apartment or suite.

Possible Charges

  • You may be charged if the issue is caused by resident neglect (for example: poor upkeep or misuse of the space).
  • View Housing Standard Charges for damages and other services.
