A Boil Water Advisory has been issued affecting the USI Campus and Housing areas. The advisory is in effect until further notice. More information and where to find drinking water is availabile on the USI Emergency Information page.
Students should notify their advisor or the RRT to BSRT chair that they anticipate completion of all BSRT requirements so the graduation forms can be initiated. Notification through email will be sent with directions on how to apply for graduation. The advisor will initiate the graduation form and send to the student for confirmation. Students need to go online to the Registrar website and complete the diploma form and a request to have the diploma mailed. Visit this website for instructions.
Students are encouraged to attend commencement. A reservation for attendance is required and the form is available on the USI website.
