Dr. Bill Thomas is a world renowned geriatrician, professor, author and founder of numerous initiatives related to aging such as The Eden Alternative, The Greenhouse Project, and Minka Homes and Communities. In 2018, Dr. Thomas partnered with the USI Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) to construct a model Minka home on the USI campus! In this series of short video clips, USI GWEP and Bronstein Center for Healthy Aging and Wellness project director, Dr. Katie Ehlman, and Dr. Thomas discuss various topics related to aging like environmental press, Minka Homes, and more.
