The USI Kinney College of Nursing and Health Professions Center for Lifelong Learning offers online anticoagulation certificate programs designed to equip healthcare professionals with specialized knowledge in anticoagulation topics.
The programs listed below are offered on-demand and as independent studies, with the exception of the Anticoagulation Therapy Management Program, which is offered as a eight-week activity with four start times a year.
