The Career Success Closet provides professional attire to students preparing for interviews, internships, career fairs, and full-time employment. Our goal is simple: remove financial barriers and ensure every student can present themselves with confidence and professionalism.

Students may select one complete outfit per academic year, subject to availability.
A complete outfit may include professional clothing appropriate for interviews, career fairs, internships, or other career-related events.
Items are provided at no cost to students.
Do you have business clothes to donate?
We appreciate all donations of clean high-quality interview clothes and shoes from the community. We accept donations on an as-needed basis determined by our current inventory and space. If you have suits or interview attire to donate, please contact the Career Success Center with questions at (812) 4-1865 or email us to make drop-off arrangements (career.center@usi.edu). If you represent a local store that sells business attire, we also appreciate coupons and discounts for USI students. If you offer a discount, let us know and we will share the information with our students.
