Peer Education Topics

The Peer Equity Ambassadors can offer learning experiences on a wide range of topics, depending on the need of your group. Some of the topics we are able to present on include:

  • Bystander Intervention- “Step In, Speak Up: Bystander Skills for Everyday Situations”
  • Consent & Respect “Let’s Talk About Consent: Communication & Boundaries”
  • Identity & Inclusion- “Who We Are: Understanding Identity in a Diverse Community”
  • Bias & Microaggressions- “Did They Just Say That? Understanding & Responding to Microaggressions”
  • Belonging- “Building Community: Belonging Starts Here”
  • Leadership & Allyship- “How to Be an Ally: Showing Up for Your Peers”
  • Communication- “Speaking Up: Respectful Conversations on Tough Topics”
  • Civility & Respect- “Creating a Culture of Civility on Campus”
