WebTMA Work Requests

Emergencies are situations that require immediate attention as they pose a risk of harm to people or damage to property.

Types of Work Requests

  • Work Request
    • Routine maintenance in academic, administrative, and athletic facilities is not subject to chargebacks. Examples: replace lights, dripping faucet, minor room temperature issues
    • Non-routine special requests, outside of routine maintenance are subject to chargebacks. Examples:  event setups, hang pictures, move furniture
  • Non-Emergency Housing Room Repair - request maintenance in residence facilities
  • Key Request - key request or to change a core in a non-residence hall facility
  • Project Request Form - for renovation of a space or requesting new carpet, drapes, or tile
  • Shred-It Bin - request shredder or recycle bin services, such as bin pickup, new bin Request, additional bin request, temp bin request, and move bin to new location
