Students from Accounting & Professional Services (APS) Club attended IMA's 2019 Student Leadership Conference in Charlotte, NC. The conference covered trends and current hot topics in the accounting industry such as fraud, corporate finance, etc. Attendees heard from a keynote speaker who encouraged them to focus on the things they feel are really important in their lives. There was also a tour of Duke Energy headquarters for real-world perspective.
APS Club is an IMA student chapter, and recently achieved IMA's Gold Certificate of Excellence.
